They love winning matches but also enjoy the training and being with their mates. They work together as a team and the colts ideas and suggestions drive the junior section of the club. There are three junior representatives Joe Coombs, Chris Coombs & Bobby Haynes. Between them they are responsible for liaising with the colts about training and matches, organising kit & helping with the upkeep of the club house & grounds. The colts are taught team spirit and good cricket etiquette and are asked to sign a Code of Conduct Form at the start of every season. Adults Nancy Coombs (U15 Organiser ) and Sally Steggell (Haynes) offered to help run the colts section of Milford on Sea Cricket Club when the up and coming U15s found themselves in need of some organisation and a new coach. Both have appropriate CRB checks and Sally is the Welfare Officer. The Colts Coach is Cameron. He is an experienced youth coach and is extremely popular with players and parents alike.
